Teyyabs

There is a reason Teyyabs is so popular. Renowned for its succulent grilled lamb chops, this family owned Pakistani restaurant also boasts sensational spiced curries, tandoori grills and saucy kebabs. It’s loud, crowded and there is always a massive queue but we highly recommend as it's cheap (rare in London), you’ll be filled up on delicious authentic food AND most importantly it has a BYO no corkage policy.

Hawksmoor

Being one of the best steak restaurants in London means it’s not going to be cheap but their £5 corkage deal on Monday definitely makes it more worthwhile (it’s £25 any other day).

Counter Culture

Counter Culture represents everything founder Robin Gill loves about Spain. Influenced by the buzzing atmosphere of a typical Basque bar, you’ll enjoy a pintxos style menu with a variety of seasonally sourced plates to excite your palate. With 15 seats, it's a cosy atmosphere so be prepared to stand and share a couple of dishes. And best of all it’s BYOB so make sure to bring one of our Spanish wines to truly set the scene.

Little Georgia Cafe

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this charming little cafe serves up delicious home cooked Eastern European dishes. Adorned with vintage furniture and lots of quicky touches it’s the perfect place to relax with friends, enjoy hearty rich Georgian food and chat away the hours with your favourite bottle of wine. (no corkage).

Tagine

Located in the heart of Balham, this authentic restaurant has a traditional Moroccan menu with delicious slow cooked meats and spicy tagines. Finish the meal with a shisha and enjoy a beautiful bottle of light merlot or rosé to compliment the spices. With a BYO and no corkage policy, this is an affordable night out to enjoy with friends.
